What:

The Equal Justice Works Awards Dinner is one of the nation's largest gatherings of public interest law supporters and recognizes those who have made extraordinary contributions to achieving equal justice on behalf of underserved communities and causes. This year’s event will celebrate the work of public interest lawyers and supporters who are rising to current economic challenges and are meeting the increasing demand for legal services despite a sharp decline in resources. The 2009 Equal Justice Works Awards Dinner honorees are:
