Early Registration for the Equal Justice Works Conference and Career Fair is now closed. On-site registration will be available starting at 7 a.m. on Friday for $5, credit or check only. No cash will be accepted on site.

This year, Equal Justice Works will be using Symplicity to connect students and employers together for the Conference and Career Fair. Students and alumni will be able to register for the Career Fair, upload their résumés and schedule interviews using Symplicity. Students and alumni will need to create an Equal Justice Works Symplicity account, which is separate from their individual school’s Symplicity account. Instructions on how to register are located below.

2Ls, 3Ls, LLMs and Alumni

1. Go to https://law-ejw-csm.symplicity.com/students/ and click on the Register button
2. Fill out the required information and click Submit.
3. You will receive an email to verify your email address. Click on the link provided to continue with your registration.
4. Click on the Events tab to let us know if you are attending the Conference and Career Fair. If you decide not to come, you may always cancel your RSVP.
5. Complete your personal profile by clicking on the Profile tab. Make sure you click Save at the bottom.
6. Upload any documents you would like to submit to employers, including your résumé, cover letter, writing samples and transcripts by clicking on the Documents tab. Click the Add New button to add each individual document.
7. Click on the Employers tab at the top to search or browse employer profiles.
8. Click on the Career Fair tab to view employer job listings and to apply for interviews.

1Ls

Note: Due to NALP guidelines, 1Ls are not eligible to interview with employers during the Equal Justice Works Career Fair. However, 1Ls may informally talk to employers during Table Talk on Friday and Saturday.
