The Equal Justice Works Career Fair is the only event where you will find more than 1,000 students from 200 national law schools in one room. Our career fair provides the opportunity to do onsite interviewing as well as informal “table talks” with the students.
We invite organizations and agencies that value public service to attend. Please join other government agencies, nonprofit organizations, legal services providers and law firms from across the country to fill your internship/externship and staffing needs.

There are two types of registration:
Nonprofit/ government and public interest law firm prices
- Early bird until July 30
$225 for one day
$300 for 1.5 days - Registration after July 30
$ 250 for one day
$ 325 for 1.5 days
Each additional table costs $75
Registration closes on Aug. 27.
Please note: For organizations that intend to interview students, we strongly suggest that you complete your registration no later than August 27th to ensure that you receive resumes to review.

Cancellation policy: Employers may cancel their registration for the event by Friday, September 17 for a 50% refund. Any cancellations after that date will not be refunded.

Employers will have two opportunities to meet with students. The first is through scheduled interviews that are set up through our online system. The second is through informational, non-interviewing sessions throughout the day at your table. All employers must participate in our official “ Table Talk “ time period set up on Friday afternoon from 2:30 -4 p.m. Table Talk is a specified period of time that we encourage students to visit employers that are of interest to them.
Viewing applications and résumés
Our system allows you the possibility of viewing résumés, picking candidates and scheduling interviews through one system. You will be able to view résumés and schedule interviews (on a rolling basis) between the dates of August 30th - October 1st. However, we strongly suggest that you begin accepting and granting interviews after Sept. 15 in order to give returning students an opportunity to apply for available positions.
